He has been Professor of Computer Science and Statistics at various universities in the country and principal of Systems Engineering Technological Institute of Santo Domingo INTEC (1992-1995). He is currently professor of optimization methods Master of Logistics Management PUCMM and has been coordinator of the same want the 2077 to 2012. He has given several conferences on software engineering projects and technological maturity.
He has published several papers and research articles on metrics and software complexity, in which appeared highlighted in Journal of System and Software in 1995. He has presented the conference Metrics Software in the Software Metrics Conference of Portland State University; Technology Project Portfolio Management in the Global Congress 2005 Project Management Institute (PMI), Panama City; Technological Maturity Models in the CIO Community of the American Chamber of Commerce (2009); Fundamentals of Computational Intelligence in PUCMM (2010). It has a long history of professional development through participation in seminars and national and international courses industry information technology (USA, UK, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, Spain, Coursera and others).
He is a member of IEEE Engineering Management Society, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and IEEE Computer Society (since 1992); Member of the Chapter of Systems Engineering Technologists CODIA (since 1980); Member of ICT Committee and co-founder of the Community of CIO of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmChamRD) of the Dominican Republic (2005). ModelMath founding member of the Group dedicated to research of applied mathematical models (2005).
